Mask function?
Hi, when I buy this camera this working, these function it is enabled, but now after 1 year is not possible anymore.
I didn,t have any subsription, I have free version.
Is this reason?
Btw, how now unmasking area on camera, if I wanna delete masking?

1. Please send me the model number, MAC address, and the problem phenomenon of your camera for further analysis. You can send me(@Solla-topee) the MAC address via a private message.
2. You can go to the camera's Live View page on the Tapo app and tap Privacy Mode to enable/disable it if you want to.
If you want to remove the privacy zone, you can go to the camera's Device Settings>Video & Display>Privacy Zones to turn off this feature.
