I had my new Tapo C325WB working fine with up-to-date firmware, and then I decided to do a 5 second reset so I could change my wifi connection. The App was having trouble reconnecting and suggested I remove the camera from the App and try adding again. After doing this, on the "Tapo is looking for your Tapo device.. " screen, I get the message: " The device had been previously configured / Please reset your device first". I have performed multiple 5 and 10 second resets, and the camera had said "reset", so I am not sure what to do next.

 

Edit, solved: I connected the camera to the network with an ethernet cable and tried to add a new camera. I received the message that "The device has been prevously configured... " , so i reset the camera again, but this time, instead of the camera only saying "reset", it said "reset was successful...". I was now about to successfully add a new camera, and it gave me the option to also connect to wifi. Unplugged the ethernet cable, and good to go.
