Hi, I upgraded from basic tapo care plan to premium under iOS and now I lost some recordings from the previous days. It is posible to fix that? Can you recover my last 30 days or at least the last 2 weeks?

Hi,
If your camera subscribes to the Tapo Care Basic plan, its detection video clips can be stored on our cloud server for up to 7 days, and then they will be deleted automatically. The video clips created before you upgrade to the Premium plan won't extend the storage time to 30 days. 
Once the video clips are deleted from the cloud server, it's unable to restore them.

Hi,
Please help confirm the following information for the reported case.
1. When did you subscribe to the Tapo Care Basic plan? Have you subscribed to the monthly or yearly service?
2. When did you upgrade to the Tapo Care Premium plan?
3. When were the lost video clips created?

Suscribed to tapo care Basic on 31 July @ 13:09 Monthly plan.

Upgraded to tapo care Premium on 5 August @ 16:45 Monthly plan.

Lost videos where recorded the same 31 July.
