my tapo auto tracking sometimes work and sometimes don't please. help me what to do.
my phone is running android version 13.
my tapo app is version 3.6.116.
Hi,
Please confirm the following information to locate the issue.
1. Send me the pictures of the camera's Device Settings>Detection page and Auto Tracking page.
2. When the Auto Tracking feature is not working, does the detection feature work? Have you received detection notifications when the camera detects events but the Auto Tracking feature is not working?
3. Can you share a video showing the reported issue?
