Cant connect to wifi
Hi, i cant connect my two units of tapo c100 to my wifi. Its working fine on the 1st day but the next day it doesnt work. I tried all trouble shooting even connecting to a hotspot and it works. I also tried installing the app to other phone still cant connect to wifi.
when i connected it to hotspot, device us updated.

ive check the 2.4ghz network of my wifi already.

@Solla-topee already tried trouble shooting like resetting our wifi and resetting both my tapo camera. My devices firm are updated also as well as my tapo app. But still cant find our wifi name. Pls also see my wifi config as attached.

Hi,
Your Wi-Fi config shows the 2.4G and 5G are not split, please split the 2.4G and 5G, and set a different name on the 2.4G for a try.

@Solla-topee hi already tried splitting the 2.4 and 5g and change the name for both but the Tapo devices cant still find my wifi. :(

Hi,
Is the problem that the camera can't find your router's Wi-Fi or can find but can't connect?
If the camera can't find your router's Wi-Fi name, you may try to change the 2.4G Wi-Fi channel within 1-11.
