Model: Tapo H200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.2

Hi !

I have been trying to add the sensor to my Tapo echosystem, but during the process of adding the sensor, its asking me update the firmware of the hub to 1.3.3 when i follow the prompts, the firmware does not get updated and therefore I am unable to add the sensor.

I have tried the following :
1. I have made sure that the hub is direcetly plugged in via ethernet cable to the router and therefore it is as close as possible to the rotuer and hardwired to the router, even then it fails to update the firmware,

2. I have also tried to make sure it is in the same subnet, it still fails to update

3. I have tried to remove the hub, reset it and tried to install it again and its still says failed to update firmware.

Please suggest me a solution, the whole point of having the hub is to put sensors around my home and increse security, but this is becomeing a nightmare adding a device to tapo which does not let me update the firmware.

A newer production firmware 1.3.6 for Tapo H200 has been released. Please check if your device can detects this version, you may update this latest version directly.

If not, please send the Mac address of your Tapo H200, we'll help to check it.
