I am not able to configure the device to a new house. The led is blinking green and red after a reset, but when i am trying to set up the device, it is showing it is already configured. Even after repeated attempts it is still showing a similar issue. 
Is this supposed to be used as a use and throw device or what?

Hi,
It's recommended to connect the camera to the router by an ethernet cable, try to configure it by following the instructions on the Tapo app, and then check if it will be configured successfully.
