I have a Tapo Care Premium Subscription but the subscription plan isn't visible

I have a Tapo Care Premium plan subscription, but the app does not show my plan active.
Please assist.

Hi,
Typically, you can refer to the following steps to find the subscribed Tapo Care service.
1) Go to the Tapo app > Me > Tapo Care page to verify the status of your Tapo Care plan.
2) Tap Select Camera to see if your camera is added to your plan to enjoy the Tapo Care service.
If you can't see the Tapo Care subscription anymore on the Tapo app, please ensure you have logged in to the Tapo app with the correct TP-Link account that subscribed to the Tapo Care plan.
