How to get an accurate monthly bill cost when it only accepts Pounds?

Model: Tapo P110
Hardware Version: V20
Firmware Version:

For some reason the P110 only accepts a minimum of a whole pound (UK Currency). Considering our current cost per kWh is around 23p (£0.23) I cannot get it to accurately give me the correct figure. Obviously putting 23 would mean its giving me a value consistent to £23 per kWh, and setting it as 0.23 gives me a flat reverse because its not correctly working it out. Anyone know of a fix, or a firmware patch that can correct this?

Bill setting supports two decimal points. Make sure the device's firmware and the Tapo app are both updated then try to configure the bill settings again.
