Hi is it possible to like change the setting to let share device to also see the playback???

Hi,
It's unable to adjust the permissions of the shared accounts. Currently, the shared account is able to watch the video recordings stored on the SD card but not the recordings stored on the cloud server.

 

You can vote on this thread "grant/deny permissions for a shared device" if you want to adjust the permissions of the shared accounts and leave your detailed usage scenario for evaluation.
