Is your phone unable to connect to the smart hub WiFi? What happens exactly? Any error?

Or is it that the Tapo app fails to find the smart hub after the phone connects to the smart hub WiFi? What's the error? For this case, refer to the suggestions here in Case 2. What should I do if I fail to configure the Tapo devices

This morning I have found that my automations no longer work as H100 Hub is no longer being recognised.   Perhaps firmware was updated.

I have followed instructions by pressing button on the hub for 5 seconds - then trying to reconnect, no success,

I deleted the Hub from my list of devices.

I then pressed button for 10 seconds to fully reset the hub - i get a blue and amber flashing light which is correct - when prompted by the app to connect the to Hubs specific wifi Tapo_Hub_AA4C I cannot join the SSID from any of my devices - I have tried three different devices.   I can therefore not complete the set up process.

I have tried unplugging and replugging the device - no success.

I cannot now connect to the H100 Hub, the Hub is not connected and cannot therefore receive updates to address the problem.

Is the device faulty, can it be fixed?   Originally purchased in Sept 2023

When you try to connect to this Wi-Fi, does it keep showing a loading icon without successfully connecting, or does it connect but display "No Internet"? If it's the latter, that's normal; this device's Wi-Fi is only for the configuration process and does not provide internet access.

If it's the former, please try deleting other saved Wi-Fi networks on your phone. This will prevent your phone from automatically switching to other Wi-Fi networks when connected to a wifi without internet access.
