Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.1

Hi everyone!

Recently I updated my C510w to the last version as the app requested (1.3.1), after the update all the PTZ functions stopped working, it used to work perfectly before the update. I use a Hikvision DVR and I have other PTZ cameras, I also have a Tapo C210 that works perfectly.

I tried to reset the camera but still the same.

What can I do to restore the functionality?

Hi,
We have a new firmware that may solve the reported issue. Please send me(@Solla-topee) "Forum ID 738696 + camera's MAC address" via a private message if you want to try the new firmware.

Before the Upgrade:
(1) Please be sure you have read the
Beta Test Agreement before upgrading the Pre-release firmware!
(2)

I have a new C510W that just updated to 1.3.1 and I also cannont get PTZ (or camera feed) to work in ONVIF in AgentDVR, can you help?
