Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if you fail to control your camera remotely.
What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
 

If the problem remains, please confirm the following information.
  1. What's the LED status on your camera?
  2. Please list the troubleshooting you did.
  3. Send me(@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message.
  4. You can try to enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can control it remotely.

  @Solla-topee I have my C210 Camera is attached to a router tenda 4g06 router. I have opened port 554 in remote location settings. I also have port forward LAN & WAN as 554. Still i cant access the camera remotely. While cameras can be accessible through Wifi local network. another camera attached to different router is accessible using same TAPO App. Please suggest solution.

Hi,
Typically, there is no need to open a port on your router for the camera if you want to use the Tapo app to control the camera remotely.
It's suggested to refer to the above suggestions to troubleshoot your issue.
