Model: Tapo C212
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.14

Today onwards, my camera stopped becoming available/online in the Tapo app when my mobile was not connected to the same local (wifi) network as the camera.

This was never an issue before.

- I've rebooted the camera as well as the router

- dns on router is 8.8.8.8

- status LED: solid Red

- Tapo app, Router firmware, Camera firmware are all up to date

- Other Tapo devices on the same network are accessible remotely with no issues

What could be the issue here?

Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot the reported issue.
What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?

If the problem remains, please confirm the following information.
1. Please ensure your router is working and provide a stable internet connection.

2. You can try to enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can control it remotely.

Best Regards
