Hi,
Typically, a solid orange LED on the Tapo C200C means it's connected to the Wi-Fi but not connected to our cloud server. You can try to reboot your router, wait for two minutes, then reboot the camera, and check if it will work.

Rebooted my router and waited more than 5 minutes if the orange steady light will change to green or if any changes will happen but none. So, as a last resort, I reset the (2) Cameras and setup again from the start.. any other cause of this? For your info, my router is in AP mode.
