Hi. Please help assist on me.
My cctv ( tapo c200 ) cannot find my wifi network, I already try to enter manually and double, triple check the username and password and still not working!!
We need your help ASAP!

What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
Please confirm the following information if the problem remains.
1. Can you detect other Wi-Fi networks when configuring the camera if it can't detect your Wi-Fi network?
2. What's the model number of your router? Is your Wi-Fi a 2.4G network? Do you have internet when connecting your phone to your Wi-Fi network?
3. Please list the troubleshooting you did and the results.

My wifi have 2.4hz and has connection when connected to phone. However, still unable to loc the wifi.
Already reset camera and wifi
Remove Camera and create another one but still the same
I did not do anychanges on my wifi settings so I dont think it is with my wifi.

You can refer to this post to troubleshoot. And please provide more detailed information.
1. What's the 2.4G Wi-Fi channel? You can change the Wi-Fi channel within 1-11 for a try.
2. You can try to enable a 2.4G hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can set it up successfully.
