Can't Connect to tapo C110

Hello everyone,
today i wanted to integrate my tapo c110 camera into homebrige via rtsp.
First I updated the firmware. I can't start a stream in the VLC player and the camera doesn't respond to ping requests either. however, the camera is recognized as active in my router and on the access points.
I can also access the image in the tapo app.
I have reset the camera once and set it up again with the same result

What can I do if fail to stream the Tapo camera via the RTSP/ONVIF protocol?
Please confirm the following information if the problem remains.
1. What's the LED status on the camera? Can you access it remotely via the Tapo app?
2. Please describe your network diagram in detail.
3. Is your device/PC connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the camera when ping it or establish the RTSP connection?
