'no internet connection' when try to connect to tapo wifi
I have two tapo C120 cameras, bought and set up about four months ago.
The one in the kitchen would sometimes stop working, but usually managed to get it going again. I was using a BT Wholehome disc to extend the signal.
Today I had fiber broadband installed which came with different discs.
The camera in the sitting room is fine. Seemless switch over. But the one in the kitchen won't work. When I get to the stage where I have to connect to the tapo local network it's sahing 'no internet connection'.
I tried the following:
resetting the camera
Taking the camera to a spot nearer to the router and resetting it.
Taking the camera into the hall so that it's right next to the router and a wifi disc.
Rebooting the internet and resettting the camera.
My last resort will be to reinstall the original BT disccs (although I was told they are not compatibile, worth a try) but I am wondering if it might be the camera that's at fault.
Clearly the internet is working (I am connected on my laptop and the sitting room camera is working fine).
The firmware was up to date, and is still for the remaining connected camera.
Any suggestions?
