Hello community,

 

We're using the tapo camera c_210 and would like to register whole sequences  on the micro sd card but instead it saves automatically 256mo videos so I always have one registration session in multiple videos. I didn't find anything to change the registration fonction. We already changed the micro sd cart but it didn't change anything. What can I do ?

Hi,
If you want the camera to record detection video clips rather than continuous video recordings, please go to the camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording > Recording Schedule page to change the record settings.

Where can I find detection recordings of Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?

Sorry for the delay in my reply.

I don't find the solution in Device Settings > Storage & Recording > Recording Schedule.

I can choose there detection video or continuous video, but nothing else.

Whatever the option I choose, the video recorded always weigh 256 Mo. 

I want to registrer continuous 3h video in the same file or in two files (each of the two lasting 1h30).

But the files always weigh 256 Mo (the videos sometimes last 1h, sometimes less, sometimes more). Most of the time the video file contains excerpts frome the day before and the same day.

Hi,
I misunderstood your question before, sorry about that.

 

Typically, the SD card will be divided into multiple folders automatically once formatted on the Tapo app, each folder has 256M capacity, and the recorded videos will fill in these folders one by one. It's unable to change the capacity of each folder.
