I have see hundreds of people on this site having the exact same problem with the c410 after the latest update. IT CAN NOT CONNECT TO ANY WIFI. Why do you not correct your firmware update so that your hundreds of costumers can actually use the product they have paid for?????
And again the problem is that since the day of your firmware update all of my 3 c410 cameras have not come online one single time and yes I have restarted them and reset them many times nothing works.
And Please do not come with the same lying talk that you have used on all the other customers who have tried getting help in here, about it maybe being a problem on my end because the cameras worked for 3 months before the day of the update and since that day they have not connected once and I have two c210 that work and connect without a problem to the exact same router and internet connection that the c410 can not.
So the question is WHEN DO YOU FIX THE FIRMWARE Update????

I had the same problem with my C210 as you. After the last update, the camera's apear offline and i wasen't able to reconnect them after a reset. The parining step to connect to the WiFi always failed.
So after trying out different things, i wondered, if my choosen WiFi password could be the problem. So i changed the + i had in the password to something else and ... boom. Connected. Problem solved. As it worked with this password before, this seems to be a bug to me.
I'm not sure, if this is the solution to your problems also, but i thought i post it here. If you've some special chars in your WiFi password and you diden't tried this, it could be worth trying.
