Hello,

Good day! I need some assistance with my Tapo C200 CCTV camera. I’m unable to turn off the night vision light, and I can’t find an option in the app to do so. Is there another way to disable the night vision light? I have two Tapo C200 cameras facing each other in front of my house, and after searching online, I couldn’t find a solution. I came across a mention of an ‘Auto’ button next to the Gear Icon, but I don’t see that option in my Tapo app. Instead, I only have a Bell Icon and a Gear Icon. Could anyone help me with this issue? Thank you!

Hi,
On the camera's Live View page, you can see the Auto, Day, and Night mode. If you switch the camera to Day mode, the infrared light on the camera will turn off. However, if the camera is in a dark environment, switching the camera from Night mode to Day mode may make the live view page display a black image.

Best Regards
