Hola buenos días comunidad Tapo, tengo el siguiente problema:

Tengo una Tapo C520ws que estuvo funcionando correctamente durante 3 meses. Después cambie nombre y contraseña de mi red WiFi y luego de actualizar la conexión con la cámara Tapo, comenzó a desconectarse de la red WiFi de forma aleatoria. La cámara continúa grabando pero no está conectada a la red WiFi y por lo tanto no la veo en la app Tapo. Tengo que apagarla y volverla a encender para que vuelva a conectarse a la red WiFi pero solo lo hace por unas horas y vuelve a desconectarse. 

Que crees que sea o si alguien puede ayudarme por favor lo agradeceré mucho.

Hi,
1. Since the Recording feature works even without a Wi-Fi connection, the camera keeps recording when disconnecting is normal.

 

2. You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if the camera keeps going offline.
What should I do if my Tapo smart device keeps losing connection or going Offline?
 

Please confirm the following information if the problem remains.
  1) What's the LED status on the camera when it loses connection?
  2) Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value when it's working.
  3) What's the model number of your router? Please describe your network diagram.
