Tapo C520ws image freezing
Hi! I'm from Brazil
I have a c520ws camera and when I go to see the videos of the detected movements, very often these videos freeze, and then they start moving again a few seconds later.
I've tried changing the settings to Compatible Mode and to reset the camera everyday but the problem persists.
Any ideas?

2. Do you have the problem when watching cloud video clips or video recordings from the SD card?

Response 2: I use this camera with Tapo Care. I will install an SD card today and monitor its behavior.
Response 3: The signal density is very good. I use a Deco X50 Outdoor, and the distance between the router and the camera is less than 20 meters.
