No recording after the firmware update
There was a firmware update on Friday (March 20th at 16h) and after that none of my cameras is recording and storing data. I can see them live, but no detection, no events, the entire days on the whole system are blank.

@XOssa looks something similar for issue I have after updating one camera to latest firmware. I have Tapo c220 and video freezes on camera which was updated. I did also reformating of sd-card, didnt helped. Did reboot of camera and also unplug for like 20 mins, nothing helped. Video freezes or jumping, like we can see man in one place and then he jumps for couple of meters :)
The firmware version is 1.3.1 Build 250228 Rel. 67905n.
Second camera is still on the old fw version 1.2.5 and no issues there...
Tried to find advice here how to downgrade this faulty fw version but seems it is not supported :(

After firmware update video is not recording and not storing in SD card, unable to view old stored video in app, how to roll back to old Firmware or how to rest to factory setting, please suggest

Hi,
Please confirm the following information if there are no video recordings stored after firmware updates.
1. What's the model number, firmware, and hardware version of your camera? Or send me(@Solla-topee) your camera's MAC address via a private message.
2. Have you subscribed to the Tapo Care service or stored the video recordings on an inserted SD card?
3. If no cloud video clips are stored, please refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot.

4. If no video recordings are stored on an inserted SD card, please check the following information.
1) Send me a picture of the camera's Detection page. You can refer to the instructions "What to do if the Detection feature is not working on the TP-Link Camera?" to troubleshoot if the detection feature is not working.
2) Send me a picture of the camera's Storage & Recording > Recording Schedule page.
3) What's the model number and capacity of the inserted SD card? Please try to remove and insert it into the camera, format it via the Tapo app, and check if it will work.
4) Please uninstall the Tapo app and reinstall it to ensure you are using the latest Tapo app.

Do you have a problem when watching video recordings rather than no video recordings are stored? If so, it's recommended to start a new thread here to post your issue with the following information for further assistance.
1. Do you have a freeze issue when watching the video recordings stored on our cloud server or SD card?
2. Could you please send us a video showing the reported issue? You can upload the video to your cloud server(such as Google Drive), generate a link to download it and send me(@Solla-topee) the link via a private message.
3. Do you have a problem when watching the camera's live feed?
4. Please send me your camera's MAC address via a private message.

Hi, I started new thread - https://community.tp-link.com/en/smart-home/forum/topic/782752?page=1. BTW, I was unable to post new thread yesterday, captcha wasnt working at all. Tried quite some times and even on different browsers, it was not working at all. That's why i posted in similar topic.
Seems the issue is with watching of videos. I tried to download to the phone to send it to you, but there is no issues...
