Firmware Version: 1.0.6 (up to date)

Tapo C500 outdoor camera getting disconnected from wifi and going offline multiple times automatically. Firmware has been updated. But still it gets disconnected at night. And sometimes at random times of the day. I am switching it off and on multiple times. How do i stop the camera from getting disconnected. The wifi connection is strong.

Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if the camera keeps going offline.
What should I do if my Tapo smart device keeps losing connection or going Offline?
 

Please confirm the following information if the problem remains.
  1. Send me(@Solla-topee) "Forum ID 783652 + C500's MAC address" via a private message.
  2. What's the model number of your router? Please describe your network diagram.
  3. Do you reboot the camera to recover the connection after the issue occurs?
  4. What's the LED status on the camera when the issue occurs? Please check the RSSI value on the camera when it's working.

I think that the problem is with the UPNP.

I disabled this feature and the disconnections stopped...
