Tapo C210 both Talk and Call function unable to connect

Hi, I've 2 Tapo C210 that I was using for years. But since 3-4days ago, the talk/call function on both the cameras do not work anymore. When I tap on talk, it will pop up at the top of my screen "unable to connect. Please try again later".
Both cameras are up and connected, I'm able to playback (I have a SD card for both), pan, and also received notifications. Only the talk/call function do not work
All speakers & microphones are turned up & on.
Not running any VPN and have toggle on and off for wifi as well but nothing seems to work.
I saw a few similar reports here but has anyone gotten any luck resolving this?

@Solla-topee Tried all of these but still same problem. Call and talk not working. No sound coming from Camera.

Hi,
Please confirm the following information if the camera's Talk and Call features are not working.
1. What's your camera's model number, hardware, and firmware version?
2. What's the Tapo app version? If it's not the latest one, please uninstall it and reinstall the latest one from Google Play or the App Store.
3. On the camera's Live View page, please ensure the microphone volume is set at a high level. Then, check if you can hear the sound from the camera on its Live View page.
4. When you use the Talk/Call feature on the camera's Live View page, does the message "unable to connect. Please try again later" prompt?
