Im unable to connect away mode its not getting. connected its showing me offline but the camera is on. Im at office and camera is at home not getting option to connect pleaae help.

What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
Please confirm the following information if the problem remains.
1. List the troubleshooting you did and the results.
2. Send me(@Solla-topee) your camera's MAC address via a private message.
3. What's the LED status on the camera?
4. What's the model number of your router? Do you have internet when connecting to your router's Wi-Fi?
