Hi, 

Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.


1. Is there no sound on the camera's Live View page or video recordings?

 

2. On the Tapo app > Camera's Live View page, please tap the Call icon, tap the icon at the top right corner on the Video Call page, then set the microphone and speaker volume to maximum, then check if there is sound on the camera's Live View or video recordings.

 

3. On the Tapo Camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording page, please ensure the Record Sound option is enabled.

 

4. Please check if the camera's microphone or speaker has something covered. If so, clean the obstacles and check if it helps.
