It's been over 3 months that our Tapo camera doesn't turn the amber light off, so we can't have access to it remotely. We've done everything possible, removed SD card, formated the SD card, unplugged from outlet, rebooted the camera several times but it never changes. It got to an point where we think it might be broken. The second camera that cane with this one, works perfectly with no issues. We don't know what else to do.

What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
 

If the problem remains, please confirm the following information.
  1. Please send me(@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message.
  2. Send me the TP-Link account(email address) you used to log in to the Tapo app via a private message.
