When I try to share my cameras it stats that the network is unstable which is not the case and won't let me send invites

Hi, 
Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.

 

1. What's the LED status on the camera? Can you control the camera remotely?

2. Please try to force close the Tapo app, clean caches on your phone, log in to the Tapo app again, and check if you can share the camera.

3. Please ensure your Tapo app is up to date. 

4. Make sure you have a stable and fast internet connection on your phone.

5. Go to the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value. If the Wi-Fi signal is weak, move it close to the router for a try.
