Time synchronisation

The time stamp on recordings for all 6 of my cameras is incorrect, its an hour ahead. How do I rectify this?

You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if the camera has the incorrect time.
Tapo Camera Shows Wrong Date and Time
If the problem remains, please confirm the following information.
1. Is your camera connected to a third-party app/program via RTSP/Onvif protocol?
2. What's your region and time zone? What's the time zone selected on the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Device Info page?
3. Please send me(@Solla-topee) "Forum ID 814952 + the camera's MAC address" via a private message.
4. Please list the troubleshooting you did and the results.

i have the same thing but only on 2 of the cameras. They 2 are c310 bought in a twin pack.
i reset time zone to utc london. and they work fine and then go out of sync at some point during the next 24 hours.
my d210 doorbell, c211 indoor, and c 510w outdoor are all fine.
I have 2 c310 at another property that don't have the time problem.
all cameras have been updated to latest firmware

1. yes it was i removed it and made no difference
2. timezone - Europe/London (im in uk)
3. Sent.
4. removed the Onvif reset time zone to same as above) . rebooted and left. within 24h time out by 1 hour,

The new firmware that may solve the issue has been pushed to your camera, please update it via the Tapo app and check if it helps.
