Hey guys,

I just got a Tapo C100 camera, and im trying to set it up. The first part is to connect your phone to the camera's wifi network. But it says im unable to join the wi fi network. Anyone has the same problem? How do i fix it?

Hi, 
You can refer to Case 2 in the following instructions to troubleshoot if you fail to connect to the camera's Wi-Fi.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
 

If the problem remains, please try the following tips.
   1. Please ensure the Tapo app is up to date. If not, uninstall the Tapo app and reinstall the latest one.
   2. Please try to press the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it. When it has a flashing red and green light, try to configure it again.
