C200 camera is sending notifications saying movement detected, but the app says it is offline?
Hi, I am away from home and set my camera up yesterday. It was working fine from 6pm yesterday until about 2pm today. The app says it is offline, however I am still getting notifications saying motion detected etc (I am keeping an eye on my cats while I am away).
All of my other devices like light bulbs are still working through the app, I have deleted and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, re booted my Deco mesh remotely so that the camera reconnects, but still the same issue. The mesh system says the camera is fully connected to wifi and strong connection.
