when i try to add my camera device 
the device pairs perfectly fine but it keeps coming up with 'no available networks' there are no 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks around " even though i have wifi with 2.4 and 5 ghz wifi bands seperately 
my camera was working fine untill few days back it showed offline 
i have removed the device and trying to add the device its showing like above (no available networks)
i have rebooted the camera but no luck
please help me solve the issue as soon as possible

Hi,
You can refer to Case 3 in the instructions below to troubleshoot when you fail to configure the Tapo camera.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
 

If the problem remains, please confirm the following information.
  1. What's the model number of your router? Is the 2.4G SSID different from the 5G? Do you have internet when connecting to the router's 2.4G Wi-Fi?
  2. If the router's 2.4G and 5G use the same SSID, please check if your router has special settings, such as Smart Connect. You can disable the special settings and set the 2.4G name different from the 5G for a try.
  3. Please enable a 2.4G  hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can configure it successfully.
