Tapo C520WS does not return to original position
Hi,
I am having issues with my camera. Sometimes camera is not returning at all to its original position and sometimes it returns but not in correct position. After I have done pan and tilt correction it is working for short period. I have done reset etc.

1. How long does it take after clicking "Pan & Tilt Correction" for the camera to start experiencing problems such as not returning to the original position or returning to an incorrect position?
2. Can you provide live view screenshots of the camera's original position and the incorrect position it returns to? You can upload the pictures to your cloud server(such as Google Drive), generate a link to download them and send me(@Solla-topee) the link via a private message.
3. You may go to the Tapo app > Camera's Device Settings > Reboot Camera page to enable the "Auto Reboot" feature to see if it improves the situation.
If the problem persists, you can try to contact the retailer or our local team to check if the camera is under warranty.

Hi,
When the camera has Motion Tracking/Auto Tracking enabled, the camera's original position is where it starts tracking the event. Generally, after tracking an event, the camera will return to its original position after 30 seconds if no new events are detected. If the camera does not return to the original position after tracking, will it return to another position or not move after tracking?
If it returns but not in the correct position, does it pan to the correct position but not tilt to the correct position?
When did you buy the camera, and when did the issue start to happen?

Hi,
Camera is not moving sometimes at all after sensing motion and tracking motion.
when camera is trying to move in it original position, problem is in tilt when camera is not returning to correct position. What may cause the problem?
