Hello, I've recently noticed and it must be a change from Tapo as I was able to do so before. 
 

When viewing footage back on the SD card, I can now no longer scroll to view anywhere in between events recorded. Only noticed last night as on an event I had, I wanted to go back a minute or so before it happened, but no matter what I tried, I was unable to do so. Pulling the time slider anywhere in between it just jumps back to the start of the recorded event. 
 

I'm not a subscriber to the cloud but if this change is a subscription feature, why on earth would the ability to review all of my own local footage be removed?

Anyone else experience this or any resolution for it?  Thanks!
