No sound from camera

I have reset camera.And I still can't get ony sound from camera. I can use microphone OK.But no sound on playback. My firmware is up to date.

Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.
1. On the camera's Live View page, please tap the microphone icon and set the volume to a high level. Then check if you can hear the sound from the camera on the Live View page.
2. Please refer to the UG of the Tapo C320WS to find its microphone(MIC) position, please make sure there is no foreign matter blocking the camera's MIC.
3. If you can hear sound on the camera's Live View page but no sound on playback, please go to the camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording page and ensure the Record Sound option is enabled.

@Solla-topee i have the same problem occurring aswell. No sound at all after update. It is neither in live , nor in playback and neither when i call on camera to talk to someone. What to do ? It's not even 1 year and this problem has started.

Hi,
If your Tapo camera has no sound, please try the following steps and confirm the information.
1. On the camera's Live View page, please tap the microphone icon and set the volume to a high level. Then check if you can hear the sound from the camera on the Live View page.
2. Make sure that there are no obstructions covering the microphone and speaker on the camera.
3. Check if your phone is in silent mode and increase the media volume.
4. You can reboot the camera for a try. If the camera has the same behavior, please press the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset. Then, reconfigure it and check if it will work fine.
