i have the 30 days free subscription, thinking to hire more and a 256 gyb sd.

when i go to see what its recorded I only see from 24:00 to know. why? is it normal?

how can i see from my mobile more days? Even when I select sd to see i only see the last 24hrs.

help

Hi,
From your description, it may be you have not selected the date on the Playback page so that you can't see the video recordings in the previous days. The below instructions may help you.
Why can't I see the video recordings saved on the Tapo Camera microSD card before midnight(12 AM)?
