TAPO CAMERA HAS WIFI CONNECTIVITY PROBLEM

There is a problem of Wi-Fi connectivity.On checking the RSSI From it is sometimes between -50 to -55 and sometimes between -55 to -60 whereas my high speed fibernet & from router to camera distance 8-10m.

Hi,
Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.
1. Please describe your network diagram. Is the camera connected to the router's Wi-Fi directly? Are there AP or RE between the camera and the router?
2. Are there any obstacles between the camera and the router?
3. Is the Wi-Fi connectivity problem you mentioned that the camera changes signal strength? Will the camera disconnect from the Wi-Fi or experience other problems? How about the LED status on the camera when the issue happens?

@Solla-topee The live feed of the camera glitches, sometimes the video will play in fast forward and sometimes it will play normally whether you play the streaming at 2K or 720p. Wi-Fi is also stable because fiber is installed.The camera is installed on the left side of house while the router is installed the right side, there is a corner of a wall opposite to each other.There will be a distance of about 15 feet between the camera and the router. When I connect and checked the speed from same distance on 2.4 GHz TV and PC and mobile, I got a stable and good internet speed even though my MOBILE/TV/PC is placed at a distance of about 40 feet from the router. Talking about the beginning, when the camera i was purchase, streaming was going well in it, but for the past few days, streaming is going sometimes fast, sometimes slow, and even on rotation, the response is very delayed and The WiFi signal strength of this camera is Automatically changed & (RSSI) between -48 to -60. I don't know what happen with this camera. I am just telling you everything for your information.. Rest of the camera quality, night vision, features loaded, app response time everything is good, Mic & speaker quality average. the only problem is its WiFi connectivity and person detection false alarm.

@Solla-topee Sir, in the corner of the video you can see the recording time and also a time in the timeline of the clip, I think both these times should be the same.Due to some bug in the software it is showing wrong detection time while showing correct time in the corner of the video.
