Hi,
If all your cameras are bound to the same TP-Link account, you can manage them through the Tapo app, even if they are connected to different Wi-Fi networks.
Typically, if your Wi-Fi network is functioning properly, once you log into the Tapo app with your TP-Link account and successfully configure a camera, that camera will be bound to your TP-Link account.

HI @cottager,
I think it should work easily and you can add cameras to your existing Tapo account even from different physical location/network.
If you have working Internet service on both location, you can access to all camera view from each locations or away.
If you don't have Internet access e.g in your cottage, you can check those camera live view/recordings only in that case if your phone connected to the WiFi network of cottage house.
