lag & loading too long to view playback all the time, tplink ax6000 wifi just sit ona next camera
every time i playback the recording on c230 tapo, the playback loading is super slow and lag, i using kingstone canvas go plus 256gb memory card, i really no idea what is happening

2. Do you have the same issue when watching the camera's live feed?
3. Are you watching the camera's SD card video recordings locally or remotely?
4. Please ensure the Tapo app is the latest version, and turn off VPN on your phone if there is one.

Hi, I have 4 units of Tapo230 and all has same problem (Playback work abnormally). ,
and 5 other models, the other model don't have this problem at all.
Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.
1. What are the camera's firmware and hardware versions?
4 Units of TAPO230, Ver1.0 , FW:1.3.1 Build 250107 Rel.65612n
2. Do you have the same issue when watching the camera's live feed?
Watching live streaming is not laggy ,but slow connect.
Playback infinitely reloading very frequently (almost everyday), need to reboot to solve the problem.
3. Are you watching the camera's SD card video recordings locally or remotely?
Local record (SANDISK 64GB High Endurance) from legit vendor.
4. Please ensure the Tapo app is the latest version, and turn off VPN on your phone if there is one.
Lasted version Tapo App (iOS) 3.13.102, either local intranet (WiFi) or cellular
5. Could you please send us a video showing the reported issue? You can upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.

1. Please remove the SD card from the Tapo C230, connect it to your PC via an SD card adapter, and then check if you can watch the video recordings stored on the SD card smoothly on your PC.
2. If yes, try to reproduce the issue on the Tapo app, and then refer to the instructions below to send us the app log for further analysis.

@Solla-topee Will there be an firmware update? I have some research and found many people got this problem and it is not about SD Card problem.

@Solla-topee I have the same problem with the C230 cam. Loading the livestream and playback videos is slow very often, at WiFi and cellular. My Tapo cam is on the same firmware as mentioned above.

Hi,
Please confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. What's the model number of the SD card inserted into the camera?
2. What's the OS of your phone and the Tapo app version? Please ensure your Tapo app is up to date.
3. On the Tapo app > Camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, please tap the Wi-Fi icon and check the RSSI value. If the RSSI is less than -70 dBm, please move the camera closer to the router and check if this helps.
4. If you have an iPhone/iPad, please refer to the instructions below to send us the app log after you have watched the camera's live feed or video recordings.
