Hi, i already have a HUB Tapo h200 with a doorbell Tapo d230 y it's working perfectly, but now i just bought a camera Tapo C420, but its impossible to link to the hub. I already follow all the steps and a simple thing that should took me no more than 5 minutes made me waste 2 days and still can't do it. I aldeay reset both hub and camera several times and it's not working.

There is any other way to link this devices?

Thanks for the answer, a saw in the post you indicate that my problem is that the hub is from region EU, and the new camera a i bought is US. There is any way to solve this, changin firmware o something since the hardware is the same?

Hi,
There is no method to change the device's region code info. If you have just purchased the new camera, it's recommended to contact your retailer to return it and purchase a new one in the EU version.
