Hi,
You can try the following steps to troubleshoot if the camera can't be configured successfully.
1. Change your router's Wi-Fi name, password, and security type to be the same as the previous Wi-Fi network. Reboot the camera and check if it reconnects to the router and displays an online status in the Tapo app.
2. If so, remove the camera from the Tapo app. If the camera has a flashing red and green light, change the router's Wi-Fi settings to the new settings, and reconfigure the camera to connect it to the new Wi-Fi network.
3. If the camera doesn't connect to the old Wi-Fi network, remove the camera from the Tapo app even if it's displayed offline. Turn the camera off, then power it on using the original power adapter and cord. Next, press the reset button for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset on the camera.
If the camera has a flashing red and green light, try reconfiguring it.
Best Regards

@Solla-topee I'm having the same blinking red issue on our Tapo C200. Our wifi network has not changed. I did #2 and 3. Using the original power adapter, rebooted the camera, pushed the reset button several times but it's still the same. What other troubleshooting steps can we do?

Hi,
If the Tapo C200 does not respond to the reset operation (the LED status does not change when the reset button on the camera is pressed for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset), it's recommended to contact your retailer or our local team to check if the camera is under warranty.

Hi,
The flashing red and green LED on your camera indicates that the camera is ready for configuration. If your camera displays a flashing red and green light after a reset but the configuration fails, please refer to the troubleshooting steps below:

If the same behavior persists, please provide the error messages you encountered during the configuration process, along with a detailed description of the troubleshooting steps you have already taken.
