Cannot see live feeds or recordings when on wifi away from home

When connected to WiFi at another address I cannot see live feeds or recordings from my cameras or doorbell. When I connect by 5g away from home no issue. Cameras/doorbell all have memory cards, which you can see recordings on 5g.
Anybody any ideas, frustrating as get the network unstable message, but the WiFi im connected too works fine.

Hi,
You can refer to the suggestions in the instructions below to troubleshoot.
What should I do if I can't view the Tapo camera?
Please confirm the following information if you still can't view the camera's live feed and recordings remotely via Wi-Fi.
1. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page in the Tapo app, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value.
2. Go to the camera's Device Settings > Video & Display > Video Quality page, select a low resolution, and check if it helps.
3. What's the model number and OS version of your phone? Please ensure your Tapo app is up to date.
4. Send me (@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message.
Best Regards

Hi @Paulb1597,
Did you try to connect to your Tapo devices from WiFi network different than where you experienced issues with live view and playing recordings?
There can be network configuration that can block communication between your mobile device and camera/doorbell...
