LED are blinking Red and Green and even if i am so close to the device its not connecting to my phone

You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if you fail to set up your camera.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
 

If the camera has the same behavior, please confirm the following information.
  1. Press the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset. Try to reconfigure the camera when the camera's LED is flashing red and green. If you fail to configure the camera, what error message appears when configuring it?


  2. Please list the troubleshooting you did.
