Model: Tapo C200
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 1.2.3

Hi, my Tapo C200 has wrong timezone GMT-1:00. It should be GMT+1:00. I have changed with Tapo App but Onvif conf seems not to change. I try with OnvifDeviceManager but no luck. Camera should get time via NTP server passed with DHCP info, but seems to not work.

Hi,
Typically, the camera will sync date and time with an NTP server after it connects to the internet. If the camera has incorrect date and time, you can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot.
Tapo Camera Shows Wrong Date and Time

In this case, if your camera is connected to a third-party app/device via onvif connection, please go to the camera's Device Settings > Advance Settings > Camera Account page, turn off the Camera Account to disconnect the Onvif connection, reboot the camera, and then check if it will have the correct date and time in the Tapo app. If yes, the wrong time issue may be related to the time settings on the third-party app/device.
If you need to establish the Onvif connection, then it's suggested to contact the third-party app/device support to check if they can adjust the relevant time settings on their end to work with the Tapo camera.

Best Regards
