I have set Involved smart action within a specific schedule to track motion if only person or motion is detected otherwise the motion tracking option is off outside the schedule. The problem is even beyond the fixed schedule of the involved smart action the cameras keeps tracking motions.

Please go to the Tapo app > Smart tab > Automation page, find the related automation entries, and send me the screenshots of the detailed configurations. I'll check if your settings are correct.
