when try connect the c201 device it shows to connect tapoxxx in wifi but it doesn't showing

1. What's the LED status on the camera?
2. Please ensure you have factory reset the camera successfully. What changes the LED on the camera when you reset it?
3. Have you tried to find the default SSID on different phones, tablets, or laptops?
