  @David-TP hi, thanks for the update, my home setup consists of V1 and V2 devices, and have two questions /requests 

1. When will the setup process be improved so the web based firmware update will show both type of BE65's separately since firmware versions are incompatible with each other and I have to use the workaround of rebooting the V1 device in order to upgrade the v2's successfully 

2. When will the V1 firmware be released to be on par with this V2 firmware so it cannot have any potential negative impact on the stability.

#1, I'll note it down first and highlight it in the community weekly report.

#2,  A similar firmware will be released for Deco BE65_V1, but there hasn't been an ETA. It is not supposed to have a negative impact on the network stability. If you run into any issues, please feel free to comment here, which might possibly speed up the release process of V1.

Smooth upgrade - went well, no issues so far.  Im new to the Deco world, I ditched my very cool and troublesome Ubiquity infrastructure.  I do Cloud Engineering all day and was getting tired of the numerous UniFi issues I have had for years - drop-outs, performance issues, interface slowdowns, and so many more - The day job has enough mental strain, why bother with it at home after work :)   -   Aside from the major headache of the Deco's hating Managed switches that caused me hours of work when I would connect the ethernet and the Deco would go offline in the app!  Once I found that out, the setup and final config was cake...

Just a heads-up for anyone considering this update — I’ve installed the 1.2.0 firmware on my Deco BE65 (V2.0) in hopes it would fix the Ethernet backhaul issue. Unfortunately, the problem is still there. All units remain stuck on Wi-Fi backhaul even after reboots, making the network unstable.

We really need an option to disable Wi-Fi backhaul (or force Ethernet only). Our setup relies on wired backhaul, and without this toggle, the system isn’t usable for us. This isn’t fit for purpose. Will be seeking a return and full refund under local consumer law if no fix is provided.

Hello David, is this version 1.2.0 also compatible for the Australian model of the BE65 v2 hardware? If so, great, if not when will the AU model receive this update? Thank you

Will this pre-release also work with the BE65 V2 hardware sold in Brazil? The tag on the bottom shows "Deco BE65(US) V2".
