Hi,
Typically, if your camera has subscribed to the Tapo Care plan or has an SD card inserted to store video recordings, on the Tapo app > camera's Live View > Playback & Download > Playback page, you can tap the cloud icon or SD card icon, select the date, and then find the video recordings you want to download.
If your camera does not subscribe to the Tapo Care plan and no SD card is inserted, no video recordings will be stored.
